Wow! Pleasantly surprised
I tried using this app a few years ago but uninstalled it because it was buggy and I didn’t find it useful. When I took my youngest to the ER recently (she’s fine) I heard that they overhauled the app so I decided to give it another try. I’m glad I did! I used the app to find the cafeteria and then found charging lockers so I could recharge my dead phone! That alone makes it worth the download but I also have 3 kids and this app is soooooo much easier to use than MyChart.
How to Mess up a Good App
The latest version of the app has rolled back one of the important aspects of the app. Now one has to manually log in every single time; facial recognition no longer works. This is VERY annoying. I use this app frequently because of my daughter. I am actively looking for an alternative. 6/12/2024 The developer has done it again! This time the app allows only Apple Pay and Bank EFT for payment. Payment by a credit card - in my case a HSA card - no longer works. Children’s must stop hiring these incompetent developers once and for all.

This app seems wonderful in theory. In actuality, it keeps freezing, crashing and is not responsive to touch.
