Didn’t want to buy another but the benefits of better sleep are well known I don’t do cold so I set temp in lower 70’s and it helps me a good bit. -- ytrom, 2025-09-20 ### *---- "App’s a Disaster — Rebuild Required" Where to begin? First there is no dark mode so be prepared for your sleep to be disturbed in the night with bright light. Second, if you wear Rx glasses you’ll need them handy or else you’ll be fumbling to find them in order to see the faint and small temp numbers and buttons. Third, if you don’t use the scheduler, the home page does not have an on/off button so when unit is off it will go blank to a white screen and confuse the heck out of you. You’re left to figure it out for yourself what to do next. Fourth, the scheduler is confusing because it duplicates your schedules into “today” and “yesterday” categories but editing one will auto-edit the other, so why have two?? Makes zero sense. Fifth, just provide everyone with a remote while you work on reengineering this app. And Sixth, it consistently goes offline so you have to reenter your user ID and password each time. Not acceptable when having to make adjustments In the night. The app is an embarrassment to be paired with a high quality pad and unit such as the Docker Pro because it is superior in technology to the Original Chilipad and Ooler. -- JacksBackInAction, 2025-09-16 ### ***** "I LOVE my dock pro." I hate sleeping without my dog Pro. Been sleeping on a Chilipad since 2020 when I got a cube with my stimulus money. -- Justin Lima PhD, 2025-07-24 ### *---- "Confusing why doesn’t it work" How a simple product with a simple app just fails. I’m not going to fix it for you. -- Notapaid, 2025-07-22 ### ***** "Great" Please add that we can schedule 15 minutes or 30 or 45 minutes I have arthritis and it flares it up and so I need to be able to do 15 minutes every hour or sometimes 30 minutes or once in a great while a 45 minute session -- twisterwizard, 2025-07-04 ### ***** "Customer service is great! Love the product!!" This product has helped me stay cool and has really improved my life. Customer service is fast to respond and they are compassionate as well. -- rushcatt, 2025-07-01 ### ***** "42 and night sweats" I was getting horrible sleep waking up so hot I was sick to my stomach. I have finally been able to get regular sleep! -- No longer hot, 2025-06-16 ### *---- "Update fail" Suddenly since the latest update I can’t log into the app. I just get a server error. Before that it was awesome. Amazing. Life changing. But now i can’t get in. -- Intelligent user, 2025-06-12 ### ***** "App needs work" This app is ok. It barely works when it wants to. The app randomly logs you out and when you plug in your account information to log in again it says “error”. Super annoying. Especially when you really need to change the temperature of the unit and it’s 3am. -- Tonysosa, 2025-06-10 ### *---- "Brand new product can’t use because of server error" Review this product carefully before you spend over $1500! You cannot use it if you can’t access the app and every single night since I’ve gotten it I get a server error at midnight. It’s not functional so now I have up figure out how to return it! -- prolon customer, 2025-06-10 [View all Chilipad reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Chilipad Discovered Keywords -
