The app reload is not very good from page to page but the cache remains stable enough to retain and eventually process orders. The check-in portion is always a point of contention, regardless of background settings, but the “trick” is to keep the app minimised post-order and only recall upon arrival (never before). The ratings also need to be tweaked (to avoid expiration), otherwise you constantly have to tap the app to stay alive.
I’ve been coming to this location for decades, since they opened. Never had an issue that wasn’t corrected by the end of my visit, now that I said that, don’t do no juju on me…. lol
The app is okay right now with the ordering system and the occasional rewards but it could be way better if the rewards counted points I could redeem for items
We normally don’t have delivery. It’s always eating at the restaurant but over the past year or two so all our favorite servers are gone. It’s just not the same. That and the higher prices doesn’t make chilis any new friends. The other issue is when ordering on line the menu is hard to manipulate thru. There is no search capability which makes you have to go and order again to add anything like dessert. If you are going to make a dessert selection. Leave it to the customer. Make it a pulldown option.
Easy and quick to use- order is ready when you get there. And taste Awesome!
This app needs a overhaul took 30 minutes to order food

Horrible app because every time we try to make a payment with any credit card, the payment is not accepted. We have always have to pay in the restaurant. What a hassle what an outrageously terrible app.
Rewards never work for you to redeem points.
We know we can always Count on Chili’s for good food and great service. Best burgers in Oro Valley.
