I've been using this app on and off for years. It's really helpful when I'm feeling "off" and need a little grounding. A reset or attitude adjustment. Content can be very short "mini meditations" or quite long. Guides are all authentic and approachable. Nothing too far-out.

I’m not sure if others had this issue, but the meditation videos would consistently restart in the middle of my meditation. All the benefits I gained were immediately lost through the frustration of having to start again.

The Chill Anywhere app, is exactly what I needed and has become part of my day-to-day activities. I’ve tried a lot of meditation apps but finally found the one for me. I feel like it is more focused, personal, easy to use and has a variety of options. I often want to look for a certain topic or timeframe and I can find something specific for my need. The instructors are very authentic and have a true passion for what they are doing. I also like the reminders throughout the day to join live sessions.
