### ***** "Very useful, and great customer service!"
This is my go-to app for booking trains in China, there is occasionally a little lag when booking (someone actually has to process it) but the upside is that when there is an issue or a change needs to be made, the staff is super responsive and helpful. There are apps that book trains directly with the provider, but for those who cannot speak/ read Chinese or might need a bit of extra guidance, this company is great.

You do pay a 5 USD surcharge per ticket, which can seem kinda pricey, but I’ve found that it’s worth it for the peace of mind. The app is excellent for checking train times and every time that I’ve booked with them I haven’t had a problem picking up tickets.

When I first moved to China it was hard, buying food was hard, getting a taxi was hard and altogether transportation was difficult to comprehend. Luckily , I came across this APP on the apple store and it changed everything for me. Now everything is in English and it’s so easy to navigate. The customer service is beyond amazing!
