I love chipotle- there’s a new store location that’s right beside me and I used the pickup feature on the app. I’ve tried using the app the last two times this week and it won’t let me add anything to my cart for pickup and keeps displaying “sorry somethings not right. Please try again.” 

Not clear if this is a user issue or bug.

For in-store pickup order it always automatically mark it as completed even I didn’t get my order!!! Every time it says 20mins to pick up but I waited for more than 40mins and they can’t track my order!!! No real human customer service, terrible experience.
