App won’t update
Your app will not update and I have ios18 updated so not sure why your app keeps taking me to a page that says get the updated app and then I click it and it loops to the same stupid page. Huge waste of time I’ll go to moes I suppose
App Doesn’t Show Order Name Leading to Wasted Time and Confusion
I go to chipotle and they hold onto the to go orders to reduce theft. I tell them my name but don’t understand English and ask to see a name on the app but the app doesn’t show a name. How stupid.

this isn’t working
it says u need to update the app and takes you to the app store and the app store button just says open and not update and just opens the app back up and then it brings you back to the app store and then you’re caught in a loop of getting nowhere with no one to tell or ask for help, don’t recommend
Rewards
Ordered a bowl and quesadillas tried adding my free queso sauce and it would not accept.
Haven’t been able to process payments or order from the app
This haze been going on for a couple weeks. I can’t order or pay through the app. This issue literally makes the app worthless. The only bright side is that when it charges me I at least get a refund within a couple hours. Chipotle, fix your app!
App has probs
Consistently the most bugged app I’ve ever used that forces an update every 2 weeks.
Dear chipotle
Love the food but when ordering online I can’t even use my card I have too use Apple Card , so stupid.
