Frustrating

I have credited the account but I cannot top up my usd card. I keep getting notification that card top service has been suspended temporarily. The reason for this app was to make foreign transactions easier but you have failed at that. The number of times one service or the other is down is alarming. You need to step up your game. If you are unable to provide the services you are offering, kindly exit the space and let us find other apps that can meet our needs.

Maintenance fee just annoying

I have been use chipper for long but since this maintenance fee of thing came up is now really annoying am going to switch from chipper for now to try others

I was battling with registering my bvn, Sometime that should not take up to a min They couldn’t get user to verify with OTP. Kept returning me back to previous step after every try

Do not download this app, they are nothing but thieves, they use every means to extort you. And be aware their card only last for a year after creation. Their dollar rate is outrageous, and also their card is not accepted in some site, use Grey instead. Chipper are thieves
