Just another hurdle between the provider and a patient. This doesn’t need to exist at all.

In the older version faceid login worked without requiring the password every time. I’m this version the password is required every time despite the enable faceid being enabled. What is the point of faceid if it still requires password every time?

If the app is open in the background, you open it, and attempt to use FaceID, it instantly logs you in and out. Really, really annoying user experience. Please fix. The rest of the app is great and intuitive.

-There’s no way (that I have found) to save my appts directly to my phone calendar. -automatically logs me out -when I login, it kicks me right back out. Have to try to login several times until I don’t get kicked right back out +once I’m able to log back in, app is very easy to use. Love using it to schedule vs calling

It will not accept on iPad my user I’d and password used on a desktop.

I’m trying to set up my account and it will not let me set up my password.

This app is not incredibly useful. You can create appointments but you can’t edit or cancel them. When you create an appointment it gives you a spinning wheel for input instead of a calendar view which makes it pretty useless if you are trying to find the day of the week. It logs you out every time you switch out of it and back to it. I would not use if I didn’t have to.

It’s great, except every time I leave the app it logs me out. Really annoying for checking my calendar for an available appointment, only to have to log back in to use the app. Please fix this.

Once app was updated for iOS 14 I am not able to change the date from the current date to schedule appointments in the future.

The ChiroHD app is awesome! It is incredibly user friendly. I love being able to schedule my appointments and see my x-rays within the app. What a great feature to offer patients!
