Ultimately, they were unable to provide any solution. -- Frejeluc, 2024-05-24 ### *---- "I didn’t realize I had to pay a fee to have this tracker" I am shipping this back because I didn’t know I had to pay for this TackiPet -- episode 2022, 2023-10-17 ### *---- "Customer service works like a BAD employee:" Doesn’t show up most of the time. I would give it zero stars if possible. Initial setup was a nightmare. contacted CS who called me right away and helped. I guess that was the honeymoon cause they have been a noshow ever since. App tracking worked for a few days and then suddenly stopped tracking family member. I had told all family members to leave location always on so when The app stopped tracking them, I deleted the app and tried to re-install. Big mistake! App asked me for a password which I never received because CS initially set everything up on the phone on their end and didn’t walk me through the setup. When trying to re-install, App would freeze and I had to reboot phone to get it to work again until it froze again after trying to set up the app again. Tried to call and email CS again: CRICKETS! This group could use a user friendly app that truly functions and responsive people to run it. Then they could be called a company. Oh, and do I sound PO’d? Because I am. -- therockindoc, 2022-02-20 ### *---- "Useless for me !!" I wanted to track my spouse SECRETLY , but this app says - enter their phone number and sends them a text asking if they approve !!?? How dumb is that?? Now he will know I’m tracking him and my life will be worse . Thanks a lot 😠 -- Joani&Randy, 2022-02-07 ### *---- "Not as reliable as I had hoped" I set this app app on my phone and my wife’s phone and it worked great for the first day then yesterday it did not update for like 14 hours. Today it’s the same thing, it is not updating since my wife left for work this morning at 9 AM it is now 1:47 PM. How can an app that works so great the first day and then completely drop off the face of the earth and not work at all the next day??? I signed up for a year on both phones and I am having to cancel that membership within this for seven day trial period. -- Easydusit57, 2021-08-17 ### ***** "Best in Class tracking app" Chirp is the best in its class, its easily the best tracking app. -- 4Flemingdu, 2021-07-31 ### ***** "One of a kind" One of a kind app, none of the other apps I tried were as good as Chirp. -- DEricmOt, 2021-07-31 ### ***** "oustanding capabilities" There are so many things you can do with Chirp I was surprised. -- AJennifer RusselldFQ, 2021-07-31 ### ***** "Awesome customer service" They called me back within a hour, answered my questions and were very friendly. -- KKenneth CooknO, 2021-07-31 ### ***** "Impressive tracking" The tracking on Chirp is seriously impressive. -- SKyle5ee, 2021-07-30 [View all Chirp GPS Tracker reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Chirp GPS Tracker In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Monthly Subscription | $14.99 | | Yearly Subscription | $89.99 | ## Chirp GPS Tracker Discovered Keywords -
