Can not open app. Keep getting update app. App is up to date.

I tried opening my app today and it says update required and there’s no update.

I always get good service thank you.

Our family has been with Choice One for about 20 or so years and we’ve never had an issue, everyone is always cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable … We never worry about getting scammed, cyber fraud… nothing. Really happy with the bank, with the people… Just happy with everything. 👍

I spend a great deal of time in other locations than my home base, and I find I must depend on the banking information that B of A reflects in my mobile account. However, I find (constantly) your data is three days, sometimes greater, hat it reflects accurate information. I, for one of many I’m sure, would appreciate a much faster accurate written history of my transactions! Is not all transactions instant? Thank you Respectfully, Mr. Douglas M. Casamer Esq.

I don’t like how limits to bill pay are preset and I can’t change them.

It doesn’t show if I have any pending deposits. It never does.
