## Choolaah Ordering Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Want to support"
I’ve been a Choolah customer since the place opened
The quality has gone way down sadly
The grilled veggies and paneer are tough and seem old and the brown rice is dry and also seems old compared to the past
The color isn’t as bright and the biggest change is in the quality of the paneer. Don’t know what happened
I go to get a meal when I’m late and want a quick meal and it meets my needs as a vegetarian
-- Indianearth, 2025-10-22

### ***-- "Order timing out"
I have not been able to place orders from this app,
Everytime I use Apple Pay to pay for order,
It gives an error message and times out the session.
-- ranjan_v, 2024-09-01

### *---- "Defaults to pick up every single time"
Doesn’t matter what option you pick at the beginning-pick up or delivery when you click order it will default back to pick up. Also only accepts some credit cards. I could only get Visa to work not mastercard
-- KT9702, 2024-03-23

### *---- "I love Choolah the restaurant, but the app won’t let me order"
Whenever I get to the final review order step, clicking on the button does nothing, without even an indication that something went wrong. Instead I end up needing to use the website in Safari (because it crashes in Firefox).
-- lehmacdj, 2024-01-15

### *---- "App would not accept my card"
Tells me to call support although my card and balance are fine. Apple Pay not an option. Wasted a good part of my lunch break trying to order.
-- JiminyCat, 2023-12-02

### *---- "Notable to apply rewards that I received. Food is good"
Notable to apply rewards that I received. Food is
-- Raja Venkat, 2023-11-07

### *---- "Had to cancel order to change pick up time"
Had to cancel order to change pick up time
-- Sly Solitare, 2023-10-01

### ***** "One of my favorite restaurants ever"
I love the ease of ordering, the quality of food, the people are so kind. The food comes out delicious every time.
-- Beck1966, 2023-07-07

### ***** "Delicious"
And the service is friendly and efficient
-- mmgilbert, 2023-04-07

### ***** "Simply The Best"
Without this food, I would be eating unhealthy unsavory food.
I could eat this food for lunch and dinner for eternity
