The app and mobile site are absolute trash. The UI is clunky and feels like it was designed by a teenager. Having to click through several menus just to order one item is excruciating. The old app (fresh) was at least usable. Do you even test your own app?

I use this app to order coffee daily at my office. I order a large black coffee. Yet it requires about 16 clicks / swipes just to order it. Can you please add repeat order functionality so I can just purchase the order from the day before.

Doesn’t work

App doesn’t load quickly, app won’t keep my account logged in. Even though I submit a password reset request it can take up to 10 minutes to receive. When you’re waiting at a vending machine the whole point is convenience, and this app gets rid of any convenience.

Loads to a completely white page and can’t do anything with it.

About 40 percent of the time Chowit takes over a minute to load. It is not a connectivity issue—that’s the first thing I check. It’s frustrating to frequently have to use my credit card instead (to keep the line moving), and I’m considering deleting my account. I tried submitting this through the app’s tech support link, but a recurring error prevented it.

Pretty low quality app overall. Slow to respond, has some weird bugs, looks like an android app from 2012.

First time itself while creating account, I am getting error message as “ Error creating new card” Verified that all the entered details are correct but looks like this a defect, and cant move forward!

Constant issues with choosing how you want your eggs cooked for an example. Also, had to reset my password and now it will not let me login at all. Error states the reset link has already expired. Please fix. Thanks
