They told me to just consume the money by ordering food but told them that with the service they have been providing, i will not order from them again. I contacted the call center and was informed that it’s just 20mins since it was dispatched so I need to wait a bit longer… then at 11:20am still no call from the rider my husband contacted the center again and we were advised that we need to wait & give time for preparation and WE SHOULD BE AWARE THAT IT’S 90mins waiting time. No apologies and he even made us feel that we shouldn’t be complaining cause it’s just more than 70mins since we ordered the food.
