Designed inefficiently. I had issues with my delivery and when I was in contact with customer service, their response basically said “We actually do no deliver orders. We use a third part delivery service to deliver orders for us.“ So when it comes to refunds/payment adjustments they were limited in what should be refunded to you when mistakes occur. Recommend just using ubereats or DoorDash.

I had an order be refunded because they didn’t have the items when I got there. After this the app started to charge a service fee. I’m not paying a service fee for the restaurants mistake. No way to get support. UPDATE: app responded to review, tried to get support no luck. Deleted app and will never use again.

Listing restaurants they don’t work with, and charge more than the restaurant. So not only was it $5 more than when I re ordered in store, I had to reorder in store because the app is useless.

Placed an order through the app for delivery and when it went through it was changed to pickup. Called the restaurant who said they don’t have delivery. App customer service told me just pick it up. If I could I would! Never using this app again!

Lousy app- charges you the same as Uber or more, and by using the Uber service they simply pass on the lousy service Uber provides with a premium. If you love losing and wasting money on the worst service possible - you’re bound to enjoy this app.

The app can’t load orders that they send to you by text as confirmation to track even if you do make a login. You get left in the dark and have made a login just to pull the order only to find it can’t be pulled. What a waste. Just make a webapp and stop being horrible.

It doesn’t tell you how long it will be until after you order. It celebrates how much money you have saved the restaurant but you are being charged high fees. There is no way to track your orders progress. If it’s early it still says it’s on the way. If it’s late it acts like it was already delivered

This app almost strictly hires thieves and scam artists as drivers. have had very few competent and trustworthy people. Most of them will have 5+ deliveries at once and mess up every single one or steal them, then support will tell you the refund might not happen and don’t dispute the charges cuz the driver should get “the benefit of the doubt”. Save yourself the hassle and either pick it up or use doordash/uber. This app is a trash bag and the majority of people they choose to employ are the festering juice at the bottom.

Boooo hisss doesn't take my Master Card, only accepts those in the Apple Pat club. Stupid.

I use my iPad for ordering food items and would like to use your app if you had a landscape mode. Right now I use the website because it’s in landscape.
