Wrong days
I checked my bins to see what bins need to go out for next week. My bins day is Friday that was Red and Green just been. But your app says it next then I check your website for my address and it says Yellow and Green. Please update this

Very Poor App
I try to be positive. The app is unusable. Worse than useless. It is buggy at best. Mostly it never loads and you end up going to the website. Total waste of money for ratepayers.
App not working
It’s been 2 weeks since this app stopped working at least in Fitzgerald Avenue. It seems they can’t care less. I will update how long it takes for them to fix this.
Clumsy and slow
Takes ages to load your collection data and the app is not intuitive. Not bad but needs speeding up.
Slow, unresponsive
The app is slow, unresponsive and all around just difficult to use.
