Christian Hypnobirthing

Thank you so much I would not have got through my contractions without this birthing app. This was my second time giving birth, it was beautiful. I was really anxious this time round because my first birth was quite a tricky one. I had a really long labour my baby was posterior & stuck in my pelvis, long story short i ended up having an epidural going to theatre & having a ventouse delivery. I didn’t want to have any more children after that but as time went on i didn’t want my son to grow up without a sibling. I knew a few weeks before this before this birth i needed to do something about my mindset if i was gonna make it through this. 2 days before i gave birth I remembered my friend telling me about this app so i decided to download it. I was a little bit skeptical about the term “hypnobirthing” but it was completely the opposite to what i thought it was gonna be. It was hugely encouraging & exactly what i needed. From 2-6am i sat on a swiss ball at home listening to this playlist using my tens machine & just breathing through my contractions. My midwife showed up did her check & told me i was 8cm & we needed to get to hospital asap. We arrived at the hospital, filled the bath, hopped in, waters broke instantly & within about 15 minutes she was out. I had no pain relief, gas, tearing, stitches. It was the complete opposite to my first birthing experience & I couldn’t be more grateful.

I’m so thankful for this app, it gave the birth I desired and hoped for. I would listen to it falling asleep while I was pregnant than used it during my labour to give myself a drug free water birth at hospital. So awesome to find something Christian based to focus on our creator who gives all strength. Thank you. High recommend to everyone!!!

Oh I love this app! I have had a lot of fear about birth and the tracks have helped me so much. I feel a lot of peace about it and I am actually really looking forward of listening the tracks during labor. The only downside I have at the moment (34weeks pregnant) is that I tend to fall asleep in the first 5 min of listening to it, which makes it hard to practice ahah I recommend it to everyone interested in preparing for childbirth, and if you are on the edge don’t be. Download it and you won’t regret it!

This app has given me the confidence needed to trust my body and do a home birth. I will be the first of anyone in my family or friend group and this app has helped me from the beginning of pregnancy stay centered on my why. It helps remind me that it is Christ’s strength in me giving me the power to do what I innately know how to do.

The Christian Hypnobirthing app was playing the entire time while I was in labor with my son. Having scriptures spoken over me while I was laboring filled my birthing space with peace, hope, and confidence. I can’t thank you enough for creating this. I share it with every pregnant mama I know. Highly recommend.

The term hypono as a Christian is not a welcoming term. But as I learned more about the app I learned it’s just scripture to dwell on. Highly recommended. I have severe anxiety about giving birth and during the end I was so anxious. I listened to this app every night and then when my water broke. Focusing on Gods grace peace and promise.

Very helpful for preparation and birth!

I have loved using this app so far! I’ve started using it most mornings to get used to the breathing and visualization and prepare my mind and body for birth with the focus on Jesus. I love that some tracks I can listen to while doing stuff around the house, like the positive affirmations! I can’t wait to see how this app will help me keep Jesus at the center of my birth story.
