This is my second pregnancy using this app. I am not an emotional person but when I listen to these I weep. I love these, what a gift from above.

Needed support for my labor
Loved this app, the affirmations were very helpful and helps redirect your thoughts to truth about your labor in a Christ centered fashion. This is very important as it does take mental preparation for good birthing experience.
The Words You Need
The course and app are two different things but I highly recommend you do both of them. The app itself is very useful and encourages you through an array of emotions. There are tracks for when you need to be encouraged (the one I listened to the most), to help you visualize what you want out of pregnancy and labor and even for if you have a cesarean. I listened to the positive affirmations and prayers for strength so much and it helped my heart and mind to know the Lord is good and is near to us! It’s so good to be told those things before and during labor. I did end up with a cesarean and that track was so helpful to guide you through the process. I’m so grateful for the support this app gives by sharing the words of the Lord!
Peace, No Fear
I am an expecting first time mom and am so thankful to have found this app and course. I feel so encouraged and at peace as I anticipate delivery in a few weeks.

Remarkable birth preparation aid.
Using this app and got the course again for our third baby to come. Such good reminders needed from the course to get in the right mindset and trusting God and His plan for each unique birth. Great App!
I have really enjoyed using this app to mentally prepare for labor. I used for my first and now using it to prepare for my 2nd. Very calming and helps eliminate fear of childbirth.
So good!
I didn’t find this until my 3rd pregnancy, but do wish I found it sooner. It helped keep me calm and focused, and my delivery was incredibly wonderful. I was so relaxed and quiet that after delivery multiple staff members came in to ask how I prepared/what classes I took because they were so impressed. I’m now pregnant with my 4th, and happily opened this app open again to get myself prepared for another birth.
Amazing App!
I’ve loved listening to these playlists during the last bit of my pregnancy! They are so calming and bring such a peace over me. I can’t wait to use them in labor!
