Terrible Customer Service

Have been trying to contact someone through Apple for two days - several hours of work - Apple can make decisions on refunds on thier behalf. I was charged 49.99 for a mistaken purchase and there is nothing I can do about it. I will not use this app in the future even though it looks like something that could work for me.

Bad customer service

I was looking through fitness apps and one I was interested in was this one. It was free for a week then charged me $49.99. I didn’t have the chance to use it at all and contacted Apple over two days trying to get this charge refunded. They tried as well and said there is no way to get in touch with the company. I definitely won’t use or recommend this company / app. $50 is no joke when it was a mistaken purchase.
