## Chrysler Reviews in United States

### **--- "Location"
There’s no live location, nor does it update actual location. It’s always lagging or behind.
-- MotherMeredith3k30, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Chrysler Pacifica"
I put in the vin manually or scan and it will not neither works. I sent a message and they said they put in a ticket 2 months ago and I have not heard anything yet fixe your app I have sent info you ask and it's still not working😡

The app is still not working and it’s been since October and now at the end of the year and still not working very unhappy customer. When is the app going to work and y’all ask me about my VIN number and nothing yet. I would not even put a star cause y’all don’t deserve it.😡😡😡
-- Sulemaga, 2024-12-29

### **--- "Worst app ever"
I got the app because I have a Chrysler Pacifica I literally sit in the car to add vehicle and it says added but then it wants me to readd it over and over again
-- pinkpandas74, 2024-12-25

### *---- "Does not pair with 2022 Pacifica"
Tried over and over. It never adds to the dashboard. Never buy a Chrysler — they are the least reliable cars.
-- Pat Meaner, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Not Satisfied"
The app won’t allow me to add my vehicle. It says it was added after I entered the vin then it says it’s not there
-- poke fan bob, 2024-12-13

### *---- "Can't add vehicle"
When I enter the vin and go to dash its trekking me to add my vin every time I'm having the same problem that everyone else is
-- blessedalwayss, 2024-12-04

### *---- "Frustrated"
Very frustrating that this is a service you need to pay to use. Other companies offer this for free for purchasing one of their vehicles.
-- Clair Ver, 2024-11-26

### *---- "2018 Pacifica"
I have had this app since it came out and none of the remote features have really ever worked. I basically gave up on it. With winter coming I decided to give it a try again, and what do you know still doesn’t work. I have been paying for this Sirius guardian for years basically for nothing.
-- 2018 Pacifica, 2024-11-21

### *---- "Horrible App"
I’ve tried adding my car multiple times. My car shows up, app says it’s added to my garage, and then when I click “Go to Dashboard” the car disappears. On the website the car is connected to my account, so not sure where the disconnect is between the website and the app. Very disappointed.
-- Minniemegs, 2024-11-12

### **--- "I can’t connect to my vehicle with the app"
Please, can you help me? I have problems with the application and I call support and no one answers. I’m using my vehicle with a configuration that I don’t want to use and I can’t change it because it’s only with the application since it’s not linked to my account. Please help me with this as soon as possible
