So I proceeded to cancel and thought nothing of it till I was charged again for the next month! Mind you I have the Gold Pass @ $30 a month. ( which is great if you can do often) I’ve had to look back at records to see if it stated how to cancel. Well at the bottom it states you have to complete your 12 month term before cancellation! This was never explained when signing up, keep in mind people we have scream kids & kids chomping at the bit to play when signing up for these things! There needs to be a large header that states this is going to happen. Not a fine print check box. Not hidden in terms and conditions that unfortunately we don’t have time to read it all but only enough time to glance at. I personal try my best to check things like this. But it’s also something employees need to explain while they’re pitching these passes as well. So now I’m locked into a year of payments for a place I never go to! The idea of selecting white font with a red background was truly befuddling… Went from an App I’d use and constantly find great deals to it simply being a headache I’d rather avoid. Especially when I couldn’t afford to take my son but I could use my points. Now there are no deals, you can’t scan to redeem points. Also to have to pay for socks for the trampoline and to pay a fee for the Trampoline each time is crazy to me. For all of that they should’ve kept other games. I used to work at Chuck e Cheese and the prices were wayyy reasonable back then. Now it’s like I may as well take him to Dave and Busters or Skyzone.
