## Chugach My Account Reviews in United States

### *---- "Trash company and trash app"
This app is awful, so a perfect pair to this company. I truly feel bad for anyone who is stuck with Chugach Electric, glad I’m finally out.
-- JuniorBassOatman, 2025-04-19

### *---- "Never works!"
This app hardly ever works. There is always a glitch, an issue so I always end up using the web to log in. It’s so frustrating. Why can’t they fix it?!
-- Casey2641, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Incompatible with iOS 18"
This app is trash, developers need to update it to work with iOS 18. It would not let me login.
-- sappermom, 2024-09-22

### *---- "Broken in iOS 18"
This app is completely broken in iOS 18. I can login but nothing works after that, no recognition of tap/touch. Either Chugach failed to update or their app developer didn’t bother testing their platform against the latest iOS release.
-- cableric, 2024-09-19

### *---- "Complete garbage,"
Does anyone at Chugach Electric actually tested this, have their IT Dept even tried it ?, I'd be embarrassed, it's complete garbage.
I can't even get pass the log-on, it just freezes there,
-- Cobra Area49, 2023-11-20

### ***** "New Update is 1000x better!"
It’s been a long time coming, the previous version was very frustrating to use - but I am blown away with this new update! Easy to use, easy to find info, not lagging/freezing, overall the user interface is excellent. Thanks Chugach!
-- SnowBunnie907, 2023-11-03

### *---- "Endless Loading"
This app is ridiculous. Can’t even pay the bill on it with its endless loading. Fix it - you provide for the city.
-- From Holy Cross, 2023-10-13

### *---- "Doesn’t work at all"
If I could give this app zero stars I would. Your better off going to the website to pay your bill. Nothing ever loads, it just spins and spins.
-- agonzalez14, 2023-10-02

### *---- "Terrible"
Lags all the time
-- cjs.94, 2023-09-19

### *---- "Terrible"
Terrible terrible terrible. It is impossible to do anything on this app. Cannot look at statements or make payments.
-- Overall I'm impressed, 2023-09-17
