Most useless app

Wondering which fool created this app? Its so useless. Once u put things in the cart, the screen starts misbehaving. You don’t get the discounts shown on screen too. Its better they stick to offline instead of spoiling their name. Someone took them( The store) & the consumers for a ride!!!

Worst

Their customer service is worst and I got damaged product. The product was not what I ordered. They just get the money and send damaged product. Never thought such high profiled brand would do these kind of worst service.

app gets stuck a lot

please improve the ui - app gets stuck a few times when adding items and viewing the items in cart and adding coupons

App crashes

Although app is updated but it crashes whenever i try to open the wishlist. Kindly fix it….

Regarding Product

I really like ur all product !!! Those r really simple and elegant and special very sober Chumbak is the best !!!

App doesn’t have even basic things

First of all there is no search button which is annoying, and there is only one image that slides in main screen. No cart icon and so on. Really looking forward to fully functioning app.

Update your iOS app

Too many bugs and flaws in the app. Please update.

App is slow and doesn’t function properly

App is slow , all tabs dont function well. There is no tab to return to selected earlier section , have to go to main menu again. All selected items in bag and wishlist disappeared when i logged in !!
