## Church Center Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Chat"
This was my go to app for communication with my team, now we don’t get a notification when someone replies or responds… occasionally we will receive one but 98 percent of the time we do not.
-- frustrated ab, 2026-08-29

### ***-- "Won’t let me in!!!"
So I downloaded this app for my church on my iPhone no big deal right but I need to sign up for a fall retreat on October so I asked my mom but she said yes so flash forward to a week later I was about to sign up and it would not let me in I updated it and it still wouldn’t let me in I emailed them and they said nothing so I think this app should be 9+
-- Raven likes cats, 2026-08-28

### ****- "Please add a “search” function"
This app would be fantastic if it had a search function.
-- mrs@bff, 2026-08-21

### *---- "Calendar View"
Why isn’t the calendar viewable from the app in a traditional month format? I can appreciate having the ability to view as a list or gallery, but it’s unhelpful when planning out ministry or season long recurring events.

Prime example, we have small groups that run fall and spring. We adjourn for Winter break and also for Summer. When planning, we try to plan around other events on the church calendar for the fall and spring. Needlessly difficult to have to navigate away from the app or to a web browser just to view the church calendar.

It’s the lack of thought on the small UI/UX that made me boycott/advocate against this platform for my church.
-- Calendar view oversight, 2026-08-18

### ***-- "iOS 16"
I enjoyed your app until two weeks ago when an update now requires iOS 16. My iPhone only goes to 15.8. Is their a way I can continue to use your app?
-- update too high, 2026-08-15

### *---- "No live sermons"
Tapping live sermons does not allow you to watch the sermons. You can only watch archived ones. The older app was way more user friendly….. and worked.
So I just left on the computer and go directly to the church’s web page and bypass the app.
-- Hunpozr, 2026-08-02

### ***-- "Badges"
The badges never disappear even after you read messages. I never know when I have new messages because the badges are always there from older messages that I have already read. They’re definitely needs to be an update to the app to fix this issue.
-- Mom9700, 2026-08-01

### ***-- "not intuitive"
The app gets the job done, but its lack of intuitive use makes for an unnecessarily difficult learning curve.
-- Morethanfour, 2026-07-29

### *---- "Not a good app at all"
It’s awful
-- christilanderson, 2026-07-26

### *---- "Not working"
For some inexplicably reason the app will not respond. I tried reentering my number and no code is sent.
-- 76 MAGA, 2026-07-25

### ***** "Really Good"
I’m really thankful for this app because it allows the church to maintains a connection even from home and it has functioned for me really good!
-- Nadia Mora, 2026-07-19

### ***** "Amazing tool for managing church"
Planning Center is such a great company, and I love how responsive their support team is, and how often developers actually listen to user feedback and incorporate in changes, sometimes within weeks or months via YEARS for other types of applications.
-- teller55, 2026-07-15

### ***-- "Wants attendance too early!"
Please stop asking me to take attendance for our small group meeting 15 minutes early, when our attendees usually arrive 20 minutes late!
-- B@maniak, 2026-07-11

### ****- "Needs search feature"
Our church has used this app for several years and there are great chat and message board features for posting. PLEASE add the ability to search messages so that ppl don’t have to keep posting the same questions months later due to not being able to search for prior posts/messages with their comments based on keywords. July 2026, that functionality should be standard by now yet we’re still waiting. 🙏🙏 Please add to DEV list. 🙏
-- AKMCS, 2026-06-30

### *---- "Recent update introduced bugs"
It was working just fine and now it won’t load and messages won’t load either. If I try to close the messages it freezes, but if I go to close the app repeatedly, the third time I go through the sequence it usually works. Please fix
-- Blzkka, 2026-06-24

### ***** "App unresponsive"
When viewing group members, and ordering members by last name, all links on page are unresponsive, on iPad Air 5th gen, iPadOS 26.5
-- wd-review, 2026-06-21

### ***** "Simple"
So easy to follow all of my church I attend.
-- J.Lemek, 2026-06-21

### ****- "No more updates for iOS 15. Apple just released iOS 15.8.8"
No more updates for iOS 15. Apple JUST released iOS 15.8.8 and iPadOS 15.8.8 a few weeks ago. Guess I’ll be staying on the old version. 😬
-- sdfox7, 2026-06-15

### ****- "Messages Don’t Get Marked As Read"
This could be a great app, but honestly it has some really frustrating quirks. The main frustration is that when I read chats for groups that I am in, the chats still show that the messages are unread. In order to clear them I have clicked the messages icon at the top and then click “mark all as read”. That feels really clunky and inefficient because then I’m not sure if I have actually caught up on chat messages.
-- finecheesenwine, 2026-06-10

### ****- "bug for church center app"
the app is great, but i have a problem. whenever i open the app it will not load and just says ‘no internet found’ even though i am connected both to wifi and have good signal
-- googyvhee, 2026-06-08
