- Track your loan progress – As your loan moves through loan milestones such as processing, underwriting, and approval, etc. you’ll be able to view where your loan is and next steps.
- Loan document list –Tap the camera icon to launch the scanner application to upload important loan documents such as a W-2, 30 days of paystubs, 2 months of bank statements, 2 years of federal tax returns, and driver’s license.
- Loan fees – Keep up your loan fees with one lump sum of fees used to calculate APR.
- Calculator – Use this calculator to figure out your total mortgage payment in advance by estimating your loan amount, interest rate, and length of mortgage.
- Pre-qualification letter – Churchill provides more than just a pre-qualification letter, you will be pre-approved for your loan. This pre-approval has greater weight than just a pre-qualification letter since Churchill has conditional underwriting on your loan based on verified and documented information, potentially giving you a competitive advantage over other buyers.

The app experience was 99% good but 1% bad. The bad was the keyboard not going away after typing in my phone number (application process). I couldn’t press the continue button. Once that finally worked out, no more issues. Thanks.

Proof of home insurance page doesn’t load properly. After deleting and downloading the app again it still doesn’t work. I just get grey boxes that don’t load anything.

Can see docs, can't download PDFS. Not scaleable apps so can only read on a mobile phone. Who reads 70 page docs on a mobile!!!??? Great company, terrible app. Please get this sorted out as it doesn't reflect your people well who actually do a great job.
