Terrible App that’s currently blocking trading due to a nonexistent form I’m supposed to sign, but it’s actually a bug… that’s blocking trading. FML this is a terrible platform. Old previous review: Can’t view a 1 day chart, can’t view trading volume, hard-ish look to use and not intuitive. The app was WAY better before Virtual Brokers became CI Direct. I hate that I have this a my trading platform it’s truly awful. -- Reviewer no. 50, 2025-06-23 ### **--- "Face ID doesn’t work" Face ID doesn’t work -- matt604, 2025-03-25 ### *---- "Service des plus médiocre" Service des plus médiocre -- PMICH2983, 2025-01-27 ### *---- "Worst user interface" I am trading on many different platforms with my investment accounts, including CI Direct Trading. This one is by far the worst. I was migrated to this platform when they bought Virtual Traders, which by the way had the best user interface from my experience. They still allowed using legacy platform for a while, which is why I didn’t care too much. But last week they shut down the legacy platform forcing me to use this one, and the experience is horrible. I am taking specifically about their website, not the app, but I am sure the app is the same. The biggest inconvenience is inability to see real-time balances for each position based on the current price. All other platforms have this basic feature, so I have no idea why this one doesn’t. I am seriously considering closing my account with CI Direct because if this. I wish they scrapped their horrible interface and kept the one from Virtual Brokers. -- AndyVans, 2024-09-20 ### *---- "Worst trading app in existence." Stay far away. -- ClaudiaCatalina, 2024-09-18 ### *---- "Terrible user experience" If they want customers to have faith in their products, they should provide an experience with the most basis functionality, like Face ID. Fix your app! -- 🌧️⛄️🌧️, 2024-08-31 ### *---- "Horrendous App" This app is horrendous. Prices and holdings never update correctly even hour after market close. Its likely the worst trading app ever created. -- mike shakra, 2024-08-31 ### *---- "Finger Print not working" Looks you do not care about our review. I’m at one sms validation to close my account. -- Speed wheel, 2024-07-21 ### ***-- "Face ID" The face ID does not work anymore! -- ABsb1939, 2024-05-25 ### *---- "Face ID not working" Since last app update Face ID not working. Always asking for password and sms code -- Azam85, 2024-03-06 [View all CI Direct Trading reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to CI Direct Trading -
