CIB Mobile Banking App

This new CIB app is full of flaws and bugs the previous one was so stable and functional. This app I can’t change the source account when transferring to one of my favorite beneficiaries. Plus it directs me to the token app but when I return back doesn’t allow paste the code and if I write it, doesn’t proceed. The UI is wonderful but useless

I can’t scroll the home page.

You need to integrate the bonus points and vouchers on the app. Rather than a separate cumbersome website. Check out how Banque Misr did it

After logging in the opening screen which includes the balance information get freezing, I can not scroll it down or up , i gust can move to another tap like payment…

The home screen isn’t functioning at all. I can’t scroll, nor view my accounts!

Firstly, I believe the recent update represents a significant advancement. The app is now quicker and has a more modern feel. Both the user experience and interface have improved greatly. Nevertheless, I think an essential feature is still lacking. In the international transfer dialog, there is a purpose field. It is unclear whether this field will be used as a payment reference visible to the receiver or if it is simply collected by the bank. Some companies require customers to enter a specific payment reference when transferring money to them. This helps the companies track their payments efficiently, especially since they handle a large volume of transactions. I recommend including a description beneath the purpose field to clarify its intended use, and more importantly, enable users to set a reference payment that is visible to the receiver.

I downloaded the new app but the home page is frozen, i can’t choose anything or find my accounts or cards.!!
