The app is clunky, the chat room is hard to navigate & I do not feel connected at all to the random strangers I’m grouped with, the classes are literally “coaches” reading from a generic slide deck verbatim. I have not recieved any information or support that felt genuine or helpful. In fact, my most recent contact was an email that said I must unenroll from a class because it is for more advanced customers… um ok, why would it be the first class on the suggested list if it is not appropriate to me in the stage that I’m in? Overall, wouldn’t recommend.
