## CICON Description
CICON makes caring for your wardrobe rewarding and easy. It finds the right service for your wardrobe items based on their care instructions, materials, location, and price. 

We carefully pick service partners for you, who’d do the greatest job for the best price and have the strongest environmental credentials. We help you make a real measurable positive impact on the planet easily.

Key Functions:

ADD ITEM: register clothes, shoes or handbags in your digital wardrobe.

IMPACT: trace the environmental impact of your wardrobe, improve your impact score and reach new impact levels. 

CARE: find the right sustainable products for your specific items: detergents, stain removers, shoe polish, clean and sanitization, etc. 

REPAIR: take pictures of the damaged parts of the item. Get quotes from quality repair boutiques within 24-48 hours, book with the chosen repairer. 

RENT: need a break from your item? Rent it out via our partner rental platform for a few months. 

RESELL: get a payback on your garment and give it a new life with the next caring owner. 

DONATE: if your item doesn't have a reasonable resale value or you simply want to support a cause, just send it to a charity (to be launched soon). 

RECYCLE: Can't repair or resell your items anymore? Book a pick-up of your unwanted items. Alternatively, find the closest wardrobe recycling bin and get directions to it (to be launched soon).

I had a lovely Nina Ricci bag gathering dust because the zip was broken & I didn’t know where I could get it fixed, that I trusted to do a good job. 
Through CICON’s frictionless app, this issue was resolved in minutes, the bag collected from my house, zip fixed. The repairers also cleaned the bag and so when they returned it looked nearly new again.  
It looks so good, what I spent on the repair & care can be recouped through renting it.

I’ve always cared for my clothes, bags, shoes etc but it’s always been a huge hustle to find the right way to get them serviced. CICON eliminated that hustle right away, I’ve had two luxury bags repaired, doing a resale on a cherished but unworn dress and I’m donating a bag of old clothes, all at the same time, in one place, at my fingertips. So happy my wardrobe is finally getting the TLC it deserves!

Excellent job with helping me find a cleaning service for suede shoes that I thought I would not be able to wear again. There were several providers, which is great as I could compare quotes. I am a strong believer in fixing and mending to prolong life of favourite clothes and shoes. Not all of them are easy to replace. And this is much more sustainable. Have not tried all the features of the app yet, so looking forward to using more services.

I used this app to upload items to resell and to dry clean. Love the idea of circularity, though a few functionalities are still under development (like charity donations). The dry cleaning was straightforward with quotes, pick up and drop off organized through the app. Waiting to see how the resell pans out!

At first I was looking for an app where I could organize all of my clothes, shoes and bags. But Cicon turned out to be offering more: it tracks the state my clothes are in, so I know when to clean, repair, care, donate, sell or recycle depending on the state they are in. A cool feature: when I fill out the profile of each item, I indicate info like brand, size, care instruction and how much I paid for it (which I often don’t remember), but it’s great to have this info on your fine clothes all in one place.
