## Cielo Home Reviews in United States

### *---- "Won’t pair"
This app has me so angry. It won’t pair to my internet. Says, sorry, you’re not connected to an active internet. But.I.am.
-- Spanlearn, 2025-09-13

### *---- "How hard is it add ALL features from the stock remote"
This is 2025 and Cielo still can’t add simple stock features like wide vane support and real sync states?!?! There were other stock functions that have not been added. This is not a smart remote system. It is just a dumb remote that sends static remote codes that have not been updated from remotes that are over 4-years old. Returned the Cielo Breez Max.
-- KillroyWasHere , 2025-09-13

### ***** "Cielo Breeze Max"
I just installed 2 Cielo Breeze mini split thermostats and they are working perfectly. The Installation process is simple and I’m now monitoring the temperature using my iPhone. Great product
-- Njuwi, 2025-07-21

### ***-- "Works, but"
I just wish it would show me the fan speed and mode. But it just cycles through the settings. The app should be able to accommodate this.
-- BigHarry1, 2025-06-23

### ***** "Remote access"
I’m so pleased with my purchase. Took about 5 minutes using the app to install and I was up and running. I love how I can see if the AC is still on and able to shut it off from another location.
-- Tony .. V, 2025-06-10

### ***-- "Useful, if basic"
Tedious to set up multiple units with the same settings. App would be much more usable if we could “apply to all” or even better create our own templates and apply them by simply selecting the units. Has no simple toggle to turn all units on or off simultaneously. Linked should support more conditional logic: let us create with AND & OR operators.
-- Namthik, 2025-06-08

### ***** "Fabulous app"
Easy to install and use
-- Terry Bad, 2025-06-05

### ***-- "Just a Basic Controller"
I have been using the app and controller for over a month. It works fine for basic functions but doesn’t have sophisticated features that you might expect, like temp ranges or turning off the unit when satisfied. The history function doesn’t distinguish between operating modes, just total run time. All in all it’s better than the remote but just barely.
-- Eric453780999, 2025-05-20

### ***-- "Good but Needs work"
Logs don’t have accurate time. It’s approximate. No dark mode. Lowest temperature setting for the A/C is 64 degrees.
-- hawtboi, 2025-05-13

### **--- "Missing basic things"
Once you create a Comfy template, you can never delete it. Why?

Also having the AC kick on at a temp, then turn off at, say, 10 degrees below that - seems impossible, or if possible, overly obfuscated and difficult - and I’m a software engineer.
