Great work Cigna, you did it again. Why do I now need to get a OTP from my work email instead of my SMS which worked for the past few years?

Great work on removing diagnoses so things I was able to easily claim last year I can no longer claim.

This is the most difficult app I have ever used, and I may abandon Cigna insurance next year because of its poor usability. 
1. Isn’t Face ID login enough? Why is SMS verification also required? 
2. If uploading a claim takes a little longer, I am forced to log in again, and all previous information is lost. 
3. Saved drafts disappear after exiting the app.
4. For pending claims, uploading new documents to resolve issues doesn’t work at all and keeps failing. 

I don't understand what kind of IT department could develop such a product.
