I am unable to use my Cigna login and need to register every single time, which requires me to dig out my ID card. The app does not allow me to create a separate account that will work on this application either. Once inside the application there is no back button. I got stuck in an external website and the only way to return to the main app was to close the application and re-login, which meant registering again.
