下载之后都打不开，根本不能用！网络总是断，打电话给客服没人接，一直提示下载app，下载之后根本就打不开！

Been with these guys since 2018 because my mom loves cheap pricing but they give you EXTREMELY cheap service, their customer service is garbage, it takes forever to contact someone and when you do, the problem is never resolved. The internet speed that you pay for is always way slower, seems as if they internet throttle but make you pay the same price and their fix is always “restart the modem and router, then check the internet speed” They over charge you on invoices and don’t make corrections when you confront them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You only get The sticker speed they claim from 12 AM until 7 AM . The rest of the day is peak time to this company and the download speed is 0.5 mbps. Their app quality is the same. CRTC should do something about these scammers. Save your money.

One of the worst customer service/technical support, never ever recommend to anyone, waited 3 days without internet and unable to fix the problem, what a disgrace

This app AND company is held together by duct tape. It’s only been problems even the simplest things like paying a phone bill isn’t even possible. You will have to hassle each month to get the new issue fixed. Good luck.
