### ****- "Areas for improvement"
1st: The 6-month average balance (ADB) is not reflected on the bank certificate, though other digital banks provide this feature. This would be really helpful, especially since visa-required countries often need this information. I understand it's available upon request, but it would be more convenient to have it directly in the app, saving us the hassle.

2nd: Other digital banks display daily interest, which is a feature I wish CIMB would offer. Additionally, I don’t fully understand how CIMB calculates interest, particularly during promotional periods. Despite having a background in finance, I can't seem to figure it out. If CIMB were more transparent about this, such as providing a clear breakdown or calculation method, I’d be more inclined to trust the bank and deposit more.

3rd: This app isn’t as intuitive as the other app, which is a much smoother experience. For example, I've requested a bank certificate more than six times already, and each time, I get confused about where to find it. Why not just add it to the main menu? If I can request it again without confusion, and addressing items 1&2 above, I will give a  5-star rating.
