why i cannot install this apps

I’ve been using CIMB Biz for managing my business finances, and overall, it has been a reliable app.

4time walk-in and many time call CS and email. Yet, cant even login the apps

everytime open the apps it's only white screen. you need to close it open it for few times only can get thru

What do you mean we have to keep changing our pasaword periodically? Everytime I log in, I have to figure out a brand new pasaword and to make things worse, you have so many ridiculous demands for a password (no repeated characters 3 times) etc. Why do you need to make things so hard for your users? I’m highly considering closing my current account with cimb due to all this trouble that you put your users through

1) No “transfer money option only GIRO.” 2) No TAC 3) Always unable to transfer to QR with error “qr not recognised “ So troublesome 🙄

after 2 months of using this app and via website, ive notice there's a difference on retrieving the receipt payment. Individual receipt has the task list & acknowledgement at top and user activities at the bottom. When printing it out become 2 pages. Would appreciate it if can compact to 1 page. For group payment, I cannot print out the receipt one by one making it a little difficult to do filing. I can't print out from transaction status inquiry. Hope can improve before half the year

Unable view and download last month statement .

Please make it available to use Data phone instead of Internet Wi-Fi. mostly we are phone user with phone data internet.
