CIMB Clicks Singapore

Went to bank to update my phone number in order to access CIMB app, customer service told me take 5 working days to process. However, it’s more than 2 weeks, yet their system still remain as old contact number. Wasted my time to Q more than 45 min in the bank 😠

The latest app was downloaded but couldn’t launch @ all. I am using iPhone 13 Pro Max but this problem doesn’t happen to iPhone 14. Please help.

Have been trying to login for the past 2 months. Stuck at the loading for eternity. Hope my funds are still in there.

Always hang, need a lot of improvement

As per all the bad review, can’t even login after clicking the login it’s forever loading. tried for so many times for 1-2months still the same…feel like closing my account n use other banks

The app’s interface is very user friendly and the push notifications are very helpful and timely especially on important updates.

It’s really ret*ar*ded that this app doesn’t have the function to change our daily transfer limit. It’s just a simple function come, on. Wake up, CIMB.
