> Give your account a Nickname for your own easier reference.
> Pin your favourite account as top to be shown as the first account in the summary for the respective account type.

> Faster account checking, QR payments with the Navigation Bar on app.
> Quick access to your banking functions for a faster transaction with Quick Menu on homescreen (you could customise this!) or account page.

Cant login even with the right password
Bad. I tried at website and my existing cimb click, the password is still the same but suddenly with octo, it failed. Dont force people when not ready

Font still small not much different from previous app
Bill payment option
Im using cimb clicks for a very long period…and its very usefull. Octo is great apps but sadly with no bill payment option like clicks…other than that, octo is easy to use…so please… please add bill payment option on your next update…bcoz all my bill go tru online…thankz
Pay Bill
Apps very smooth. I like but there is no option to enter/search biller in jompay just like in CIMB Clicks Apps inside "Payment". Please add this features so I can easier find the biller name.
Notification
Please make the notifications faster. Make the notification faster for when i have to approve for paying from online banking. Make a notification saying that i have received money in my bank account. Other banking apps can do this so why this one cant. Thank you
Concurrent Login!
I am doing payment like TNB, phone bills on my IPhone with myTNB apps, Digi apps; Found that during the payment gateway to confirm for the secure TAG: 1. The phone notification for secureTAC from this OCTO is slow 2. Ok fine I manually clicked into OCTO>SecureTAC to confirm the payment 3. Jump back MyTNB/DIGI apps while the payment gateway is loading to confirm the payment, I get failed to load error and even have a error pop up say Concurent Login! Please check and fix if necessary, it is not a good user experience; last time I am very happy with CIMBClicks
No tac received
Twice I request for Tac but am not receiving any. Hence how can I use this apps? Please stabilize this apps before asking malaysian to use it ok

Why have expired?
Not convenient as CIMBclicks
Fund transfer on CIMB clicks is more convenient compared to CIMB OCTO. OCTO: need enter passcode, and password before transferring out Clicks: enter password and proceed to transfer. I understand this is something to do with security but this extra step making me feel clicks is smoother and seamlessly. Suggestion: on OCTO, request user to enter password first, then passcode before transferring out the fund, the experience will be nicer instead of existing experience.
