Then the app store promt me an update and i updated the app. Today when i try to make a transaction with( a customer in front of me )then a nightmare begin. The app unable to detect the reader!! Tried several times to unplug and replug but the issue still persist.I phoned the customer service and told her my problems and she put on hold for 6 minutes. Then she mentioned the app only supports til iPhone 5. I shared with her that i was successfully made a transaction earlier with the same iPhone 6.
