## Cincy EZPark Reviews in United States

### *---- "No signs + convenience fee"
There are signs every 10feet saying you have to pay to park. No signs within a quarter mile telling you how to pay. On top of that I had to pay a convenience fee. A fee must be paid for the opportunity to pay for parking. This in an area that was previously FREE parking. I had to walk a long block to get directions for what has been a free handicap spot in Northside
-- dfgjukhfef, 2025-08-26

### **--- "Deliberately complicated and hard to use"
This really seems like a proof-of-concept app rather than something of release quality. It gets two stars because it finally took my money and I didn’t get a parking ticket or towed.

Please finish the app. Make the forms recognizable to password and credit card management tools. Add ApplePay and make things word more smoothly and quickly.

Maybe the next visitor to Cincinnati won’t have to stand in the rain for ten minutes diddling on their phone just to pay for parking.
-- bob.os, 2025-07-13

### *---- "What do you do when it doesn’t work?"
Couldn’t access (network error), so unable to park anywhere on city streets. Lots are $20 flat. Piece of junk app and worthless (actually, quite expensive) when not working. Give me quarters and a coin meter anyway.
-- sSs1066, 2025-04-27

### *---- "One time use app"
Traveling out of town with a rental car and have to download an app I’m never going to use again and get a security code and make and model of the car and license plate and state of the license plate and zone…PUT A CREDIT CARD READER ON THE METER! OR TAKE COINS!
-- bobbysuavey, 2025-01-24

### *---- "No privacy information,"
terrible
-- Stock Trader 12345, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Fix it!!"
Haven’t been able to update card in over a month. Says there’s an error leaving me unable to pay online
-- Meggs4589, 2024-09-11

### *---- "Great until it wasn’t."
Tried to start a new session 3 minutes after it expired and it wouldn’t allow it. Had to leave in the middle of a football game to prevent getting towed, so it wasn’t THAT convenient.
-- SimpleC12, 2024-08-31

### *---- "“network error” every time"
used to work but now crashes every time i try to use it. now it’s impossible to pay for street parking in the majority of the city because often the meters don’t work, if there are meters at all.
-- is136, 2024-06-15

### ***** "Convenience Charge"
I love being charged a convenience charge every time I park, because I’m forced to use an app to pay when they’ve removed all the meters in my street. Why? Probably because parking enforcement thinks it’s above their little authority complexes to empty change out of meters.
-- E63729198, 2024-05-24

### *---- "Horrible"
Payment didn’t go through and got fined🙃 Thanks!
