### *---- "Account Settings is gone in the new version??"
The latest app layout only lets you access Home, Movies, Theatres, and Eats, but no way of accessing my account info or orders??? What bum-backward design is this!? Consumption-only? Please fix it!
-- DaveKhan42, 2026-08-18

### *---- "Constant glitches"
I’ve tried to book tickets through the app multiple times and had errors every time. I have to book through the website instead. And now the app shows multiple theatres and times for the Paw Patrol Dino Movie but you can’t actually book any of them. I went to the website and none of those times in the app are correct. What the heck?
-- Kimmerthegreat, 2026-08-15

### ****- "Refunding tickets"
In the FAQ it says you can refund tickets on the app but I didn’t see that option. The chat customer service was great

### ***-- "Suggestion for gift cards on the app"
I have a suggestion for the app. Is there a feature to have gift cards added so they are all together? Right now I don’t think that is possible. Also it is a bit annoying that you can’t combine more than one gift card during a transaction.
-- FlamingJalapenos, 2026-08-08

Mobile site is somehow worse
-- Qawsed123, 2026-08-07
