Payement not processing

This app is the worst payement processing whichever credit card you try to use it will say unable to process your payment. The moment i input my debit card details we are able to purchase tickets . Please check this since this issue has been there for so long or atleast tell the user to input debit card details

Fee’s

Online booking fee’s are pathetic! You should be rewarding people for not wasting paper and buying physical tickets Instead of making them pay.

Hard to use

If you have 3 coupons you have to break your purchase into 3 parts to use them all. Then once you back you’ll find the tickets you wanted are unavailable. Maybe the tickets are still be held for 5 minutes. Nope, it longer than that. Not really state of the art you expect with apps nowadays.

Pay for convenience, nope

Paying for the conveniences is ok, but when you cheap out and not have a kid working the booth.. That’s just double dipping. Making money from junk fees well cheaping out of a minimum wage job for kids. Hats off to app dev, it’s come along way! To bad the fee to use is in place. Deleted my account, Just buying in person like the old days lol

Not ideal when searching for actual movies playing.

I just want to see all the movies playing at Cineplex theatres today throughout the GTA. Selecting the movies tab shows you a majority of coming soon and advance tickets with sprinkles through the list of movies actually playing today. It’s like a scavenger hunt. Just decided to do something else.

Can’t add tickets to wallet

Never adds the full number of tickets to iPhone wallet.
