Tried calling, each time I called the number 0818 304 204, it rang once and cut off, eventually, I updated my phone number - which is down as optional!, and it worked. Also, you cannot book for friends who have unlimited cards like you could on the previous app- so you have to book individually, which can be very messy - app testing needs to be better! Constantly having to update my payment details to the same card as previously uploaded because it won’t go through for some unknown reason no matter how many times I contact customer support. 6. There is no way to contact customer support through the app or website. 5. Please fix the escalators in the Dublin cinema, they are constantly out of order. 6.
