I have used a lot of Circadian apps, by far this is the easiest one to understand. I have a very unusual sleep and work schedule, and this app had me on track within about a week. My wife now uses the app and is getting the same results. There is also an addition of a watch app with a subscription, but is worth it to have everything at a glance without using the phone.
