Ready to wash? Visit nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, choose your machine and programme, and GO.

 

Please note: Circuit Go relies on your phone having an internet connection. As long as you're online in the laundry room, you can activate our machines and see how long’s left on your cycle.

 

Your Circuit Go app account works separately to the terminal you might see on the wall in your launderette. Rather just tap and go? Pay contactlessly through the terminal.

 

By downloading the Circuit Go app, you agree to the following terms:

You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.

 

There’s no minimum amount of top-up credit. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. Circuit won’t store your card details.

 

You can refund any part-used top-up credit yourself – use Withdrawing Balance in the Balance area in the app. Refunds incur an administration charge of £2.00. Your part-used credit will need to cover the £2.00 admin charged to be able to process the refund.

 

No refund will be processed for any free credit or coupons. Balance transfer coupons will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Visit circuit.co.uk for more information.

I would say that this app makes me want to walk on a bed of rusty nails. But that would be an understatement. This app is so bad John circuit himself has a generational hatred among uni students. I can’t wait until next time I have to use this app and have to debate between eating a chicken tikka ready meal or using a dryer that runs on thoughts and prayers. With that congratulations circuit, you won, enjoy the money. I hope it makes you happy. Dear lord, what a sad little life, circuit. You’ve ruined my Uni life completely. I hope you spend the money on lessons in grace and decorum. Because you have all the grace of a reversing dump truck without any tyres on…

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is their new “app” which replaced the circuit app, I had £30 pounds in my old account, proof gone without any warning because my university accommodation has “updated” the machines. This has created huge stress for me as I am on a tight budget as a student and I hate seeing money fly out of my account and not even get to use their mouldy inefficient and overpriced washing machines either. If I wasn’t a pacifist I would rip their stupid new system out of the wall, and if I was clever enough I would hack into their app to delete it. I would appreciate some help.

They gave me a coupon to transfer my funds from their old app to this new app (since the previous app doesn’t work with the new machine system). The coupon didn’t work and they told me that they can’t refund me anymore after liquidating my money from the other app. They basically stole £18 from me. And I have no way of getting it back

Stayed in places with circuit laundry for 2 years and after countless times of the dryers just not doing their jobs, washing machines being faulty and disgusting. It’s cheaper, more hygienic and a better experience all together to go out your way and find a public laundry room. You’ll thank me later

Circuit Laundry has never and will never be an excellent service. The machines are expensive to operate and don’t really clean your clothes. However, what I cannot fault Circuit on is their friendly customer service for when something does go wrong. Whilst they do take awhile, in the end they are always happy to fix things that have gone wrong.
