## Circular Materials Reviews in Canada

### ***** "Recycling"
Employees take very good care of ensuring no debris is left on road/yard
-- Wazil7, 2026-09-10

### *---- "Wrong schedule"
I’ve let this company know many times that the schedule they have my pickup is wrong. I’ve tried to contact them many times about this but the seem like they don’t care. I’ll be deleting this useless app soon if things don’t change.
-- Tad1960, 2026-08-04

### *---- "Which container?"
I don’t know why blue gray, and green can’t be used to say where things go. This single stream dual stream fibre does that help at all!!!
Very confusing and totally not helpful
-- Senior125, 2026-08-04

### ***-- "Need carts"
When will we get carts for recycling like Stratford.
-- Pizza Scout, 2026-07-21

### *---- "useless app"
the previous peel region website“how to sort waste” is way better than this, which requires you to leave an email to ask a simple question
-- klarrq, 2026-07-07

### *---- "Still no address. Useless"
Edit: it’s been coming to 7 months of this s company taking over the recycling program and still addresses for my area. App is still useless if there is no address. I have emailed so many times I have loss count. The only page you can access in the app tells you to email the address on the page if no address. No word from the company.

It’s been over 2 months and still haven’t added my area to your app. App is unless if they don’t have your address in their database. I have emailed 4 times about my address and my neighbours. No word from them. No addrss added.
-- Unlucky_mutant, 2026-06-30

### *---- "Company is cutting corners"
1. They choose not to pick a pile of 4 flat boxes without leaving a note. 2. They do not have a number to call.
3. If you call 311, get transferred & use option to request a callback, they never call you back.
4. When you report on their website, they ignore your request.
 5. If you submit a second request, they take 4 days on to respond and that too saying that the boxes were not flat, which is incorrect.
6. Even after sending them photos and videos as a proof that there were only 4 flat boxes, they simply ignore and choose not to reply your emails.
I now have 4 flat boxes sitting outside from past 7 days and I will have to now preserve them till next, and they might choose not to pick them next week too. Very disappointed. Peel Region should cancel their contract.
-- Brad_Jones, 2026-06-04

### ****- "Nice"
it’s a nice app.
-- Lionduckl1ng, 2026-05-25

### *---- "Completely wrong"
This app shows I have blue box pick up every week. They are picked up every second week.
-- MalleckFamilyAccount, 2026-05-22

### *---- "Bad Calendar"
I have advised them 2 times that the calendar is incorrect for North Dumfries. It has not been corrected. Our pickup is Tuesday - not Monday!!!
-- DAP Q, 2026-05-15

### *---- "Didn’t work"
Didn’t recognize my address
-- mpaqu076, 2026-05-03

### *---- "Calendar is incorrect"
Calendar indicates recycling pickup is every week. Provided feedback in app and it has not been corrected.
-- ConcernedCitizen874, 2026-04-25

### ***** "Garbage"
Good service
-- Maninder nijjar, 2026-04-15

### *---- "Pick up schedule"
I have submitted that our schedule is wrong for the last two weeks, stating our schedule is no longer every Wednesday but has been changed to every second Friday. Our schedule has not been updated or NOBODY has contacted us. PLEASE CORRECT THE SCHEDULE !!!
-- Boca Ciera, 2026-04-13

### **--- "Schedule is incorrect"
There’s a collection schedule in the app, but it’s incorrect. If I use this app I will miss the collection. If you can’t post a correct schedule, remove schedules from the app.
-- robmacf, 2026-04-09

### **--- "Photo service not working accurately"
Have yet to have the app recognize a picture properly when trying the search tool to figure out where to put things (e.g., a glass fuse with metal inside) - but would be so great if it could! Drag also that there’s no feedback tool built in, you could learn more and make it better, thereby improving the recycling stream!
-- Gretawannabe, 2026-04-08

### *---- "Waste of time"
The app is inaccurate, hard to navigate and missing necessary tools (eg, selecting between “paper” and “containers”). It provides a lot of information which is of limited use and does not provide many items which are needed (eg, into which stream of two-stream collection do items go)
-- Ottawa T, 2026-04-08

### *---- "Waterloo region"
Dates are wrong because recycling is biweekly now yet the app says every week. Obviously the company doesn’t care because they haven’t bothered to update their app.
-- The Waterloo guy, 2026-04-07

### *---- "There fun facts are dumb"
Too many useless information and we cannot find the useful info.
-- Green leader alpha, 2026-04-05

### *---- "Schedule incorrect. And not accessible."
Region of Waterloochange pickup schedule a month ago. Planned for a year. This app is not changed. Also, no respect for theme accessibility settings.
