As a traveler this is trash as it doesn’t work most of the time delaying my payroll. Avoid this app

Ciro is super easy to use while on assignment. It’s also really easy to find new jobs with medsol on the app. Lots of useful features.

I mostly haven’t had problems with this app. But since the last update, I have to “acknowledge” the update every single time I open the the app. Which is every time I put in hours or anything. Meaning it’s very frequent. I like that I can search for jobs and have more usability with the newer version. And I have even read all the actual things i have to acknowledge. I have the same problem whether it is on the mobile app or the website.

I can’t login into my profile yet again. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled this app multiple times. I’ve disabled my VPN, turned off the WiFi, tried cellular and the login screen disappears before I can login. It seems like every time there is an update the whole app crashes.

Very glitchy and slow. Having to input hours and upload a paper copy is very cumbersome. I’d prefer an app that worked fast and maybe had some short cuts.

This app only works properly a fraction of the time. It’s such a waste of time to keep having to go back into it to enter your data or sign your signature. Double and triple work. Ridiculous.

I DL’d this on my phone and it has too many security sections to it. But I can use it on my tablet so that’s how I do my time. It’s weird I can’t use it on my phone though??

Double time keeping. Just a mess. I love Medical Solutions but this app is just terrible. I’ve considered other agencies because of the time keeping headache. Medely allows you to hit a button to time stamp in and out. Then you just have someone at the facility sign your weekly time sheet (on your phone). Medical solution’s system is worse than antiquated, because you have to do paper sheets plus use this crappy app that lags and takes forever.

Easy to use and accessible

I have to delete and reinstall this app every week when It’s time to enter my time. It freezes. Medical solutions requires us to download this useless app to entire my time. I requested browser access instead and none is found.
