• Activate your new cards, select or reset your Card PIN
• Conveniently check your balance, monitor transactions and view your statements

Make payments and transfers



• Tap ‘Convert to Instalments’ on your dashboard to easily convert credit card transactions and statement balances into monthly instalments
• Add your Citi Credit Card directly to Apple Pay via the Citi Mobile® App and enjoy fast and easy payments
• Convert up to 90% of your available credit from your Citi Credit Card/Citi Ready Credit Account into Citi Quick Cash. Quick Cash allows you to access cash and repay in monthly instalments
• Use your Citi reward Points to offset purchases made on your Citi Credit Card

Easy to navigate unless you want to close your account.  Very well hidden or not there at all.  Need to call and close then you are questioned as a criminal for managing your finances without needing Citi/NAB any further.

I’m baffled how this can be the app of a major financial institution. Full of errors, can’t do basic functions like filter properly, customer service is horrific and the app honestly seems like it hasn’t been updated in 10 years. Just spent 15 mins trying to fill out credit increase 2x and getting an error at the last page.  clunky and ugly. 1 star. Please do better asap. Really making me consider moving away from citi.

For me very hard to use. You spend a lot of time getting no where. I wanted to send a secure message, thought I already had, got a message directing me to a site which meant nothing. I’ve already got your app., I’ll try again later.

### *---- "Hopeless - latest version has no logout button!"
Why NAB does not change over to their own app is a mystery. The functionality of the Citibank App is hard to navigate and the latest version has no obvious method to logout. Closing the App without logging out stops you logging in via the web browser as it thinks you’re still logged in. If you search the Help Screen it only displays the Done button not the search button so no help search is available. The MC statements are so hard to read. It reads Opening Balance but does not list total Debits and total Credits for a quick reconciliation so have to be careful calculating exactly how much has to be paid to clear the balance (NAB Cr Card statements have always had this feature). Please NAB bring this App and the Citibank statements up to Australian standards ASAP!

I hope your next version of this app includes a user friendly features. Example: When I use my citi credit card to purchase. I have to login on their website to add my nominated card to pay the citi credit card. I hope on your next version there’s an option to click to pay and add the nominated card. And also, I hope you add an option that we can pay above minimum amount as well. Please check the apps of your competitor, like amex they added features to pay other amount.
