Great app. I’m not computer savvy and yet I don’t find it difficult to navigate this app.

Hopeless! When I make a payment it takes >5 days for it to show on the app

Useless

While the app is okay to login and keep track of the account , don’t try to send and email or though the bubble for help as you don’t get anywhere. If there is a chat bubble then shouldn’t you be able to talk to some person oh sorry an AI .

I like the way I can view my account online but I’m not satisfied with my response regarding my request for credit increase for a mere 1k. I rang Citi and was told I had to wait 11 days before I could receive a response and then to be declined. Very frustrating

Happy customer

I find Citi bank has helped me over the years to get things I’ve needed and or paying off other credit cards. By offering good interest rates and becoming a valued customer has allowed me to build up my credit over the years. Thankyou Citi Bank a bank I can trust !

Quick & easy overseas payment.

Inaccurate

I called today re-unauthorised transactions as shown on the app. The consultsnt from Citibank told me I was incorrect and there were no debits pending my card-yet I had taken a screenshot which clearly showed there were (and still are 5 of them)! I give up! I have deleted the app. As far as I'm concerned its useless. Please do something!
