I was biking through Central Park when, only five minutes into the ride, the bike stopped working, the motor stopped even though I had 24 miles left. I had to pedal through the park carrying the heavy weight of the bike, while the engine, supposed to help me caused dead weight, making it impossible to bike. I really hope you can fix this because it is unacceptable. Know that I will never hire “Citi bike” ever again.
Be very aware of their conditions, after renting a day pass they charge me 50 extra dollars for the use of the bikes. I wouldnt use this again nor recomend it!

Pagas el pase diario por un precio y después te cobran excedentes por cada media hora de uso. Una estafa!!!
Cuidarse de este servicio ...Ofrece un pase diario de uso y luego solo es por media hora y te cobran excedentes !!! No la usen
Al principio de los 2 primeros viaje no encontraba la forma de subir y bajar de estación pero después es fantástico es muy practico y cuando entended la aplicación es excelente seria bueni con traduccion gracias 👏👏😘🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲
