Description

The CitiBike program is Miami's bike sharing and rental system. The CitiBike program is intended to provide locals and visitors with an additional transportation option for getting around the city. Bike sharing is fun, efficient and convenient.

The solar-powered bike sharing system consists of a fleet of specially designed, sturdy, very durable bikes that are locked into a network of docking stations sited at regular intervals around a city.

With a thousand bikes at a hundred stations and more on the way downtown, bikes are available to use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Terrible

The rest of the reviews say it, and it’s true. This app is terrible. Considering the amount of money CITIgroup makes, you’d think they could invest a tiny amount to deliver a halfway decent product.

Better to walk and not waste your time

Worst app I’ve ever used

The pricing is really opaque

The product should be much more up front about the costs of the service. In the app, they ask for the credit card before you know anything about the product (ie. Price, maps, etc). When I booked a ride in person, they ended up asking for a credit card on the machine and when I found out it was nearly $6 for a 30 min ride, I wanted to cancel the trip, but I couldn’t do so, so I needed to take the overpriced ride.

Downloaded app and still can’t get through

Been waiting for a code to be sent to verify. My phone number is correct and have been waiting over 30 minutes. Piece of junk app.

What a horrible sign up,

What a horrible sign up, simply unable to get e code, the image selection goes in circles. Have tried for an hour still no code or error messages

Broken App

The app will not send verification codes and the physical stations will not read credit cards. Not sure how they expect anyone to be able to use the service…

Apple Watch not supported

I hope next update will release Apple Watch support.

A bit buggy but gets the job done

Bikes are actually pretty fine, there are a lot of them and a lot of stations. Pretty easy to unlock and lock them too. I couldn't find a way in the app to check out the status of my rented bike, but in the end I got a notification that everything's ok... Wish there was a way to pay for the actual amount of time spent, instead of estimating in advance...

Doesn’t work

Never sent me a text. Then when I paid at the kiosk, my bike was stuck and automatically checked itself back in while still charging me. By the time I got it working, the bike was fine but way too much hassle for what it’s worth.
