My Issues
I am having problems with Citi Business Card. I had a dispute last spring and they ran me around with their requirements for them and I am confident that they never intended to resolve the situation in my favor. A sneaky and dishonest travel agency was working through the local senior center They put the senior center in a position were they, the travel agency held no responsibility. The charge company used to work for my needs but things are currently going very poorly. I certainly can’t even get through to speak with a human regarding my bill. I hope things get straightened out in the near future.
Dropped my credit limit !!!!
I’ve been with CiTI for many years. For some reason my credit limit was dropped because they said I don’t use my account. I find that weird because there was $124 dollars left I had to pay and wasn’t late. I had maybe a late payment YEARS ago but not anytime after that. I’ve always paid it on time and had auto pay so I don’t ever forget again. So today I get a message that it was lowered. I felt like it’s horrible to do that since I pay & had used the card recently. Maybe like a month ago. Before that maybe a couple months ago. I called them up, paid the remaining & said to close my account. These credit card companies make a lot of money when you just swipe your card. I know, I worked at a bank and learned all this years ago. So they lose out also. I don’t need a credit card company to drop my credit when I haven’t been a problem to their company.
Design for phone not iPad
When you use this app on an iPad it simply zooms the screen in bigger. It does not efficiently use your screen space. Also does not “turn” screen when iPad is held in landscape mode.
It is not possible to read a statement on a small screen.
2 days for Credit pay off!!
Everytime i pay off my credit card thru my linked checking account it takes atleast 2 days for the payment to be taken out of my bank account!!!
App UI and features severely lacking
The app is clunky and can’t handle most things that need to be done with a credit card much less any other type of account. It doesn’t even have access to customer service.
It’s passable until you have any issue, goodluck with support. Whoever built the app probably designed their customer service automation too.

If you have unauthorized charges visa does not contact the provider but sends you a new card that you can not use if you are out of the country. Make sure you have another card.
We need you to bring change.
The technical issues are just as described by other users. Now with the history of my account I do believe they intentionally obstruct access (or intentionally don’t improve access) because they can’t make changes quietly and also runs the risk of you missing a payment when you can’t access you account. However, the systematic decrease of accounts is being investigated by a group of attorneys. This includes forced closure, systematic reduction of credit line. I have written statement about my experience of a second credit line decrease in the past 90 days. Two family members (one with an 800 credit score) received the same decrease with years of good standing/usage of their card. If you experience similar issues find your way to the Red dit where this is being discussed amongst former/and soon to be former citibank customers who are also giving statements. This may not turn to a suit but your statement will help in reversing these predatory banking practices.
