## CitiBusiness® Mobile Description
It has never been easier to access your commercial accounts on the go.
SECURE ACCESS ANYTIME, ANYWHERE
After downloading the CitiBusiness App from a U.S.-based app store, you can access the app from wherever you may be*. The integrated Mobile Token feature allows you to generate codes on the go for login and transaction approvals on CitiBusiness Online.
EASILY MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNTS
• *NEW* Deposit checks*
• Monitor your balances and recent activity
• Initiate payments and transfers between accounts
• Approve wire transactions
• Provide decisions on your Positive Pay items
You must be specifically entitled for Mobile Token feature access by your business’s System Administrator. 
This application will communicate with Citi’s server automatically in order to relay your consent and to record usage metrics. By consenting to the installation of this application, you are also providing your consent to the future installation of any updates or upgrades to CitiBusiness Mobile that may be required for this application to perform the functions outlined above. 
Citi will not charge you to use and download this application. Please note that standard messaging and data rates from your wireless provider may apply.
* Mobile Remote Check Deposit is available today on a limited basis, and you must be physically located in the U.S. in order to use this feature (including Puerto Rico).

This CitiBusiness Mobile App continues to be the most unreliable app out there. After all these years, you would think they would get it right? Nope. Completely inexcusable

The app updated on my iOS. It doesn’t work. I can log in and see balances. But if i try to see today or prior periods nothing happens. Nothing displays. I tried to do wire and it doesn’t work. I switched on biometrics and it says ok then it says you rejected biometrics. App is broken.

7/18/24 - a few improvements.  Can now see current day and prior days debits and credits.  And was able to send a wire.  Biometrics still rejects.  App less glitchy today.  Improving from 1 star to 3 stars.

Trying to login to this Soviet-era design of an app is always a painful mission. And if you don’t login for 60 days they automatically deactivate you without any notice, electronic or paper.

Switched to Chase and they treat me like gold, and all their tech “just works.”  Good riddance Citi.
